Q1. When is the best time to order a letter from Father Christmas?
Christmas time is a very busy time for The Letter Fairy and so the earlier you order your letter the better.
Our home page shows the number of days until Christmas and it always seems less than you would imagine.
The last day for 2006 Orders is 30th November 2006. Letters will be dispatched during the first week of December.
Q2. How long will it take for my letter to be delivered?
Please allow up to 10 working days delivery time. However, in many cases your letter will arrive much earlier than this.
Please Note: Shop City cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date so please ensure you place your order at least
14 days in advance of the required delivery date.
Customers are also asked to take into consideration any delays to postal services due to industrial action, seasonal holidays or other such occurrences that may delay your delivery.
Q3. Does your price include VAT and postage?
Yes. Our price includes both VAT and first class postage within Ireland and the UK.
There are no additional charges for delivery within Ireland and the UK.
Q4. How old does my child have to be in order to receive a letter?
We send letters to children of all ages our motto being "never too old, never too young". However, the ideal age is when the child can easily identify with the letter content and we suggest this is within the range of 4 - 6 years old.

Of course, we understand that customers may wish to make payment by means other than over the internet and so we also offer the means to pay via cheque. You may also telephone or fax your credit card information to us.
Q6. Do you send letters overseas?
Yes. We deliver letters to children all over the world.
NOTE: There is an additional charge of £1.00 for deliveries outside Ireland and the United Kingdom.
